- For the team defence position, 1/2 the points allowed (rounded up) by that NFL team is subtracted from the team total
- All owners must double check all of their scores each week. Any player and team totals must be disputed by 6:00 PM Atlantic time on Tuesday each week. After that time, all scores and game results are considered final.
|
Regular Season Schedule
|
- Each team will play 6 of the other 7 teams twice and the remaining team just once for a total of 13 games.
|
Rosters
|
- Each team's roster will consist of 21-22 players and 3-4 team defence positions. Weekly active rosters must contain 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF.
- Weekly active rosters must be submitted by 2PM Atlantic time on Sunday.
If there are Thursday or Saturday games in any NFL week, players that you want active for that game must be submitted before kickoff of their game.
The remainder of your roster can be submitted at the usual time (by Sunday 2PM).
Rosters can be submitted via the website, or if there are technical issues, e-mailed to John at john.m.carter@gmail.com.
At very least, you must let someone in the league know what your roster is by the deadline.
- If an owner fails to submit a roster, their roster from the previous week will be used regardless of byes and injuries.
If an incomplete roster is submitted, the commissioner will fill the open spot with the player used by that owner in that position the previous week regardless of byes and injuries. The one exception to this is players playing on Thursday. Those players (including defences) cannot be retro-actively put into lineups to match the previous week's usage. Failure to submit a roster with a valid defence that is playing during the week will result in a -30 total for that position.
|
Trades
|
- Trades must always be equal in numbers (1-for-1, 2-for-2, etc.).
After trading a player, an owner cannot re-acquire that player for two weeks.
The trade deadline is kickoff of Week 11.
|
Waiver Claims
|
- For the 48 hours from Monday at 12:00 AM (midnight on Sunday night) until Tuesday at 11:59 PM (midnight), each owner can make up to 3 waiver claims on a player that they want to add, and choose a player that they would like to drop.
Each owner will only have one successful waiver claim processed. You cannot add more than one player in a week via waivers.
When this claim is made, there is no instant update of the owner's roster.
The transaction remains in a "pending" status.
The owner is free to re-order their claim priority, or delete claims and make different ones, within this 48 hour window, but they can only have THREE pending waiver claims at a time.
The waiver claims will be processed in the 8 hour period between 12:00 AM on Wednesday (midnight on Tuesday night) and 7:59 AM on Wednesday. The claims will be processed in reverse order of "strength" (see below for how it is determined each week).
So if more than one team makes a claim on the same player, the "worst" team gets the player.
If all 8 owners make a claim on 8 different players, then all claims would be successful. Owners are unable to make a waiver claim on a player that they dropped the previous week.
- The waiver priority will be determined in the following way for each week of the season:
- Week 1 (one week) - N/A, no waiver period
- Week 2 (one week) - reverse order of entry draft order
- Week 3 to 7 (five weeks) - reverse order of total points
- Week 8 to 13 (six weeks) - reverse order of standings
|
Add/Drop Free Agents
|
- For the 36 hours from Wednesday at 8:00 AM until Thursday at 7:59 PM free agents can be added.
The free agents will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
Each owner can choose a player that they want to add and a player that they want to drop, and the transaction will be processed immediately.
However, if you made a successful waiver claim earlier in the week, you cannot sign a free agent, because you can only make one transaction a week (that is, you can only add ONE new player and drop ONE player each week, whether that be through a successful waiver claim or through an instant free agent signing).
So if you made a waiver claim on a player earlier in the week and were unsuccessful (the player went to a lower ranked team), you still have this 36 hour window to pick up another new player.
This change would update your roster immediately.
Owners are unable to add a player that they dropped the previous week.
All players dropped during the waiver claim process cannot be added as a free agent by another team in the same week.

Standings Tie Breakers
|
- Ties in the standings at the end of the regular season will be broken in the following order:
- total wins
- head-to-head record versus other team(s)
- total points for the season
- In the case of a tie of 3 or more teams, the tie breaker starts back at step 1 after each team is eliminated from the tie break.
- In determining the waiver priority, the only tie breaker is total points for the season for Weeks 2 through 7, but the standings tie breaker is used from Weeks 8 through 13.
|
Game Tie Breakers
|
- There are no tied game results - all ties are broken. Ties in games will be broken in the following order:
- Combined score of each team’s highest scoring QB, RB and WR/TE (3 players
total)
- Combined score of each teams’s 2nd highest scoring QB, RB and WR/TE (3
players total)
- Combined score of each team’s 3rd and 4th highest scoring WR/TE, K and
Defence (3 players and 1 defence total)
- Highest scoring player (repeating, until tie is broken)
|
Bonus Points
|
- In addition to the 2 points that are awarded to the 4 winning teams each week, 2 single bonus points are also awarded.
The first bonus point, the "Winner Bonus", goes to the team with the highest total score. Ties are broken by the Game Tie Breakers seen above.
The second bonus point, the "Loser Bonus", goes to the losing team that has the most points, but only if that team was one of the top 4 scoring teams. In the case of a tie as the 4th highest scorer with a winning team, the losing team gets the bonus. In the case of 2 or more losing teams being tied in 4th, the Game Tie Breakers above are used to break the tie.
In the event that the highest scoring loser is not among the top 4 scorers, the second bonus point goes to the 2nd highest scoring winning team. Ties are broken by the Game Tie Breakers seen above.
